Zac Yoder
Farm Director
Born and raised in the Napa Valley, Farm Manager Zac Yoder has always been an avid supporter of sustainable agriculture. After graduating from UC Berkeley with a degree in Agriculture and Development, Zac spent some time traveling and exploring before returning home. Working with the land had always been a passion of his; Zac spent four years in construction while also finding time to develop and manage his own CSA, turning his hobby into a newly discovered career.
Zac joined The Restaurant at Meadowood team in 2014, and has since helped with our farm beautification and integration of fruit trees on the farm as well as implementing several new varieties and techniques into our 2.5-acre culinary garden. In addition to The Charter Oak, Zac manages garden needs for The Restaurant at Meadowood.
