Eli Snowdon
General Manager
Originally from Granite Bay, California, Eli Snowdon’s passion for hospitality began at a young age, initially starting in the back of house making pizzas. Following high school, he worked his way up in the restaurant industry, progressing from dishwasher to expo, and eventually busser.
His journey took a significant step forward at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, where he became a trainer for the busser team before advancing to a server and keyholder. Simultaneously, he honed his skills as a captain at The Kitchen in Sacramento. Eli’s dedication and leadership earned him the position of General Manager at Ruth’s Chris, where he successfully led the restaurant for four years.
Eager to further his career, Eli moved to San Francisco to helm the one-Michelin-starred Sorrel. During his tenure, he transformed the service style, elevated the dining experience, and upheld the restaurant’s star for three years.
Now, embracing the charm of Napa Valley, Eli is excited to bring his expertise to our restaurant. When not at work, he and his partner, Desiree, enjoy exploring the local food scene and discovering new experiences throughout the valley.
